Laurel Marshfield has been a professional writer and editor since the early 1980s, and she is the owner of Blue Horizon Communications, an editorial services company specializing in book manuscripts and proposals.

Laurel works with authors of nonfiction, fiction, and memoir to prepare their manuscripts for publication -- by offering a complete range of editorial services: from coaching, to manuscript evaluation, to substantive copyediting, and from co-authorship to ghostwriting.
